Reg Wilson

Reg is Managing Director of IFR Extra and is a chemistry graduate of Chelsea College, University of London with a DSc (Chemistry) awarded in 2001. He is also the Deputy Director Science Operations for the Institute of Food Research. A Chartered Manager and a Chartered Scientist, he has over 25 years research experience in infrared and Raman spectroscopy and other analytical techniques. He has worked on food authentication, sensing and food measurement and the relationship between plant cell wall structure and mechanical properties of fruits and vegetables.
