Elizabeth Saggers

Elizabeth is our Company Microbiologist. She has a wide range of experience of microbiology within the food and health industries. She was previously employed by Kerry Ingredients, where she had responsibility for factory hygiene, raw material quality and the technical office, and the Oxford Public Health Laboratory where she gained a Masters in Medical Microbiology and qualified as a State-registered Biomedical Scientist. More recently she has been employed by IFR where she has successfully managed both industry and government funded projects addressing many important issues facing the food industry today. As a result Elizabeth provides IFR Extra with a broad working knowledge of microbiology and expertise in the fields of food, public health and medical microbiology.
